Thanh and Amy are the absolute best. They’re always pleasant and very professional. Even when they’ve been short staffed they’re services are still efficient. Also, when I break a nail and need it fixed as soon as possible they are always willing to accommodate me. I am so happy I decided to stop in when they first opened. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to this is the best one!!! My nail technician Amy is marvelous and on point. I feel like they don’t rush you while your here but they actually take there time and the out come of there work is great. This place is very clean and spectacular. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!!

Amy was awesome! She was very personable and I appreciate that Topcoat is minority-owned. I had a pedicure done by Amy and her work was superb. I love that everything is organic and that they are environmentally conscious. Their space is super clean and chic especially with the indoor plants for that relaxing atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back and bringing my friends here!

I'm visiting from out of town and knew that I'd need a manicure & pedicure. I scheduled an appointment prior to arriving in town, luckily I did because during the time that I was at the salon a few people attempted to walk in for services and were turned away. I paid more than I'd expect to pay for a Standard manicure (with clear polish) and a Standard pedicure. But I paid it with no reservations because the ambiance and customer service was worth it. The salon is very chic...and they take COVID-19 precautions seriously. Amy took calls, scheduled appts, and gave instructions all while somehow making me feel like a valued 1st time customer. She even took the time to write down restaurant suggestions for my food tour of the city. Amy's mother was a sweetheart. This is the most comfortable (in more ways than one) I've ever been in a nail salon. Thank you all for a wonderful 1st experience!

I visited topcoat for the first time, for my birthday. The staff is super sweet especially Helen. Helen is so talented and she did my nails and made them look really pretty :) topcoat is very clean and calming. I definitely recommend visiting here if you want a 5 star experience!
