I went for my first time here just for some gel polish, nothing fancy. My nails were filed down to nubs and then the lady charged an extra $5 before asking me to include my tip. I usually tip nicely anyways but it would sure be nice to write down the amount I wanted to give and sign the receiptY myself. Based on this experience I feel like they were just trying to get me in and out.

Have been using Nam for years and love his work. The past several weeks I have been told he isn't there; I still wanted to patronize QNails, so I went and got a fill twice - both times nails were loose, sloppy and broken within a week. Nam's work never broke.
I call to get them redone (less than two weeks from the previous time) and was told they were too busy to get me in.
I never complain about the equipment not working, or the filth, because I enjoyed the employees. But after the past two times being charged more than usual for horrible work, then being mistreated in a phone call.. I'll take my business elsewhere

Service was fast, prices are good. Just not 100% satisfied with nails, but not unhappy either. Just so so.

Broken pedicure chairs, tools used did not make feet smooth and toenails were not smooth. OPI paint amazing but next day, had to file nails smooth and use pedicure kit at home to smooth dry skin. Manicure done quickly, 3 nails painted halfway. Had to file nail edges smooth and touch up with OPI nail polish I have at home. I will not go back.
