Really upset. I have lived in this area and gone to this nail salon for a few years now. However, my last experience there, they charged me two $5 upgrade service charges that I'm not quite sure what they were for and nor did they explain them very well. I walked out of there feeling ripped off, and don't plan on returning. Also didn't order shellac and they just took it upon themselves to put shellac on... just watch what you order versus what they're doing.

They always accommodate me bc I am usually a walk in bc I don't have a normal schedule they take me right away and are very gentile with my hands and feet and they pay VERY close attention to detail which I appreciate

my shellac lasted 10 days... and I went back ... mention it...blow me off...and they did not care at all. Never go back.

The girl that did my nails was awesome, even if she couldn’t understand English.
But the girl who sat in front /in the middle, was awful.
All three times I came in she was on her phone and looked up once and never really gave me the time of day. Very much a rude and snobby type of person.
If that who people have to deal with as soon as they walk in the door I feel sorry for you.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK OR REFER PEOPLE TO THEM.
