this place was the worst. I should have known by seeing who goes in to have their hair done. All the customers were older ladies 50+. This is definitely not a place for youngsters whatsoever. Got my hair dyed here for the very first time ever & the “stylist” left my hair nothing like the photo i showed her. I repeatly told her it was my first time so she was aware of me not having any knowledge on the way hair dying works. I asked for an almost ombré look to where it was darker on top and transitions smoothly to the bottom. i would only have my dark ‘natural hair color’ on top and the rest of my hair colored to light brown. She left my hair as i came in except with STRIPES (literally) of BLONDE in my hair. it was done sooo poorly i could literally count the streaks of blonde in my hair. I am hispanic with a darker skin tone and thus leaving me to look ridiculous. it’s insulting to me to trust in a hair stylist and her leave me NOTHING like the photo as well as charge me $100+ just for harsh streaks to be done. my bangs? oh yes those were horrible too. she grabbed hair from the half top of my head and cut away. i looked like a BROOM. my bfs grandma told me my hair looked green in the sun when i stepped out.
my dad took me back to get it “fixed” and she left me with bright ORANGE hair. mind you, i volunteer at a hospital and they would not let me on the schedule because hair needs to be a “natural hair color.” not only was this inconvinient as a first timer, but also in my professional life. If i could give 0 stars i would. Over priced & unprofessional. don’t ask for Lupe.

I love this place! You get what you ask for. I showed a picture of what color and haircut style I wanted and I got it :)
I would definitely recommend.
