I got my nails done here for several years. I used to love it but within the last year one employee in particular has become very mean and aggressive for no apparent reason. She is always there and makes it a point to be highly unpleasant. I refuse to send my money or time there as long as she’s there. It’s really unfortunate because everyone else there is really nice and I used to enjoy getting my nails done here.

Always great service, at Laure's Nail Salon and helpful saff. Nice clean facility, located in a great Santa Monica neighborhood. Laure's is not a part of nail shops on the beach!

I called to ask if there were any available appointments today . I asked kindly and the woman was so disgustingly rude and angry that I asked this questions I said let's just end this conversation now ... wow ....

They squeezed me in for a gel mani and pedi (I arrived 15 minutes before closing time). Got a rainbow mani (SO COOL) from Wendy and a perfect pedi from Helen. Very kind and genuine. Nails look great, price is fair. Will definitely go back.

Was unsatisfied with my nails . I have crazy glue stuck to my finger tips . The women are very sweet but need to pay more attention to detail and what the customer wants.
