I'm a first time lash lady. I called first before I came. The young lady was nice on the phone. She gave me good customer service over the phone and when I got there she was just as nice and helpful. Ms. Ana is her name, very professional and knowledgeable.

i have been here once and I never wanted to come back cause everything sucks. Those who want to come back here must be drunk. The whole store needs to understand why I am saying this. I will ask a lot of my friends to stay away as well as avoid this one as much as possible cause there are another thousand places that are better than this one.

I went here once and it was great. 2nd time they were busy and the staff was tired and not interested in giving good service. I offered to come back but the owner insisted I stay. I stayed for 15 minutes and someone finally started on me. Messy work, no effort to clean my nails. I Let the manager know and she wanted to give me a free stone massage..I had that in the service I was paying for. It went down hill from there. I do not recommend

Best customer service! My daughter and I loved how our nails came out and loved how everyone was so understanding in what we wanted and wasn’t pushy and did whatever they desired... we will Definitely return back for more services!
