by far the worst manicure i have ever gotten. the paint was not fully dry before the next color/top coat was applied & the color is completely splotchy, & i was only given one coat when i wanted it darker. there are tons of air bubbles & some spots he didn’t cover whatsoever, so it showed the silver color underneath. not to mention he didn’t work on my cuticles at all so not only do my new nails look like garbage, so does the whole finger!! never going back to this place ever again. also didn’t give me the shape i wanted because “coffin is prettier”. if i could give 0 stars i would!!

I love Kevin’s Nails in St. Joseph by Hobby Lobby! Andy always does a great job and my nails always exceed my expectations. They do a great job with just polish or designs!!! 10/10 would recommend.

I went to this location on a Sunday afternoon, not realizing how busy it would be! I did not have an appointment but the still managed to fit me in for a full set and a gel pedicure. The gentleman who did my full set was awesome, polite, and my nails look incredible! They were in rough shape and the gentleman never once has a negative comment and was also willing to make the acrylic nails as short as I wanted them, which has not always been my experience at every shop. My pedicure was incredible, toes look awesome and my feet and legs are smooth and soft!
The shop was clean, busy, and professional. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. This will 100% be my new normal shop, completely worth the 40 min drive.

Although the girl was really sweet she went & did not fully get all my nails even so some of them look like they are very sideways. Not to happy about it. As well as there are some places she missed on the dip on my nails. I know no place is perfect but seriously the people should at least know how to file them correctly as well as get the whole nail with the polish to get the dip on the whole nail

I have had several experiences that were great at Kevin’s nails, however this pedicure was so inappropriate. The young gentleman who did my pedicure talked throughout the entire pedicure despite me saying I was planning on reading. He asked me to refer to him as a drill sergeant by responding “yes or no sir.” He shamed me for not taking better care of my nails and pointed out that I was making his job harder. He also said multiple times that he hated st joe and his job. Towards the end of the pedicure he asked my plans for Valentine’s Day and if it included “doing the naughty” with my husband. I did tell him this conversation was inappropriate and he continued to pry stating that he was sure “he could use a plastic thing or a rubber if I prefer it be called that” once again I stated this conversation was not appropriate. At the end of the pedicure he was unable to put my flips flops on and it required me to do this myself. He continued to make snide comments and criticize as i was trying to not mess up the paint. I verbalized my discomfort with the pedicure and the comments being made throughout and was told he would be talked to. After further discussion I was offered a 15 dollar gift certificate (less than half of the cost of the pedicure). To say I was disappointed with the service and how this was handled would be an understatement.
