I've gone here a couple times and they usually do a very good job and are very friendly but the last time I was there I had the one guy who works there do my pedicure. He cut one of my nails so short and crooked I got an ingrown toenail.

Didn't know what to expect when I came to this nail salon but I'm amazed at the prices! $20 for a pedicure and it's not only to paint your toe nails, it includes getting your lower legs exfoliated, moisturized, and cleaned and getting your foot taken care of properly and with cleanliness. This pedicure was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever gotten in my life (while you get a pedicure, you're sitting on a massage chair). I wish they were more attentive when applying polish on my toes. After getting my pedicure, my nail tech walked me over to an area for my toes to dry and she gave me a back massage (which I didn't deserve but that was very kind of her to do!) My nail tech was super nice! Thanks to my cousin who lives in NJ for taking me to this nail salon. Thank you Plaza Nail for your amazing customer service, ambience, affordability, and giving me the best relaxing pedicure ever! I have to admit that this nail salon is better than the nail salons in GA (where I live lol). I can't wait to come back to this place!

The staff is very good, but I will only allow a certain few to do my mani and pedi.
