Finally completely DONE with World Nails - both in Rockwall and Royce City. When the customers walking in the door (or walking out the door because the wait is too long) becomes OBVIOUSLY more important than the person in the chair receiving a service - its time to move on. Substandard, rushed, stressed, unacceptable service. Had my nails dipped yesterday in Rockwall and I completely dissatisfied with the "I did my nails myself at home" look/outcome. We all want to be pampered a little and want to look "pretty". THAT'S WHAT we are all there for. So the search begins for new nail place. I cannot afford nor will I tolerate second rate service.

I'm giving a 5, but after today I should give a 1 or 2. A different person did my nails and I asked her to shorten them a tiny bit and she ground them to the tips of my fingers! Been going for a year and this is the first negative experience. I will be back, I will just be sure to stick with the ones I know.

The lady cut both my big toes pretty bad down the cuticle. When she was done she used a spray bottle of water to "clean" the cuticle tool and did not clean the others, just put them in her tool box for the next person.

Fair pricing and my nails look ok, but the staff is not very helpful. This was my first visit and they seemed annoyed at any questions I had. Also the nail tech didn't other asking what shape I wanted and just did what she wanted instead. A
She was very rough with me as well which didn'tsut well with me since I have a disability (even though you can't tell just by looking at me). I won't be back. I did give 3 stars since my nails turned out ok, but nothing spectacular.
