Several months ago, my friend and I had been recommended to try this salon to get our nails done. We were excited - the salon looked very adorable - but as soon as we entered, we were met by a very rude nail tech with an attitude. She asked how she could help us, and we said we wanted to get our manicures done. Despite the bold lettering on the door stating “WALK-INS WELCOME”, she told us “Honey, that’s not how it works.” I’m not sure if she thought we were young and stupid, but I was completely blown away by her incompetent attitude. There were two techs, and we simply said we would be happy to wait if she could fit us in, but she told us that would not be possible. 100% would not recommend to anyone else.

Tried to make an appointment at this salon, and the staff was very rude, and then while I was on the line waiting, I heard the person I was speaking to talking to other girls about me in a sarcastic manor. I then said "I can hear you", which prompted her to tell me to find another salon. Wow! Good thing.. I can't imagine paying for that kind of customer service! Will be sure to let everyone know.
