This place was horrible. The service was horrible. The guy didn’t file all my nails evenly & they look ugly. He also cut me with the machine four times. I strongly do not recommend this place.

The best nails I have ever had! Well done by Joe who I found very personable and knows what he is doing. May be a little rough on the cuticles but nails last forever, plus you can't beat the price! I travel an hour to go to Joe.... he is well worth it!!!!

I walked in this afternoon for the first time for a mani/pedi, waited for a couple of minutes and didn't get an acknowledgement, so I went to get cash and came back hoping to restart the interaction. Nothing, so I sat down to wait hoping someone would ask me why I wandered in. 20 minutes later, someone finally asked why I was there, told me to pick a color and go to the back, once I walked to the back, a woman said "no, she's first" regarding a woman who came in after me. She may have had an appointment, in which case totally fine, but no one even acknowledged I was there or communicated which is why I'm upset. Walked out to a place on 50th street close to Bergenline and was welcomed straight away! Same price. Surprised they have such good reviews here to be honest.
