Although the pedicure and manicure experience was good I have had my gel manicure less than a week and it has already chipped off. I’ve never had this experience at any other nail salon before. They always last 2 weeks or more without chipping.

I wish I could put zero stars, because I came in and told this lady that I wanted a pedicure with tips so she had me pick a color and then put just a box of long nails I asked her if she could file them done or if she had anything shorter and she didn't say anything but put the nails back on the shelf so when she goes to start to paint my nails I say I want tips she told me I said no nails when I didn't and told me it was way to late and I couldn't get tips on. ..

They're pedicures are amazing the people that run the salon now are great. I got a full set a couple of weeks ago and they did a wonderful job gave me a hand message that was so relaxing i would have paid extra for it. I love that they talk to you and when they are speaking to each other they include you instead of making you feel like they're talking about you. I was and continue to be impressed with the service they take pride in what they do and it shows. Headed there this morning for a fill. I would and have recommended this salon to people!!!!

I told the lady when I first walked in that I wanted a full set of acrylic nails... I sat down in the chair and she didn't have the acrylic supplies on the table so I said once again that I wanted acrylic nails. She said "when I talked to you you said you wanted gel on your real nails" BUT I DIDN'T, So I paid 20 dollars for something I didnt want please fix this or at least learn more English so I can understand you.

My nails were ruined! I just wanted a fill and to keep the same colors for Halloween. I had the colored powder on my tips from another salon so it would've been an easy task. Nope. They couldn't understand what I wanted and ground the whole nail down so much the acrylic was no thicker than my actual nail. The orange tips (which he kept calling yellow) on my left hand didn't match the orange on my right because the powder showed through the polish that was put on. The black on my ring fingers didn't match either and my left ring finger was horrible! The polish they swore was good chipped off by that afternoon. I ended up with chipped ugly nails that had to be taken off. I did not realize these were new owners and the previous one opened their own place. I probably wouldn't have gone in. NEVER will I go back!
