Very nice place and friendly employees. I got my acrylics for $38 because I didn’t know gel was $10 extra even thought most salons charge $28 for gel acrylics. Just didn’t appreciate that no one said gel would be extra until I went up to pay. Other then that they take their time and do nice work .

Consistently Good! I have enjoyed going to this nail salon for many years. The people hired are reliable and skilled, and the owners do their best to try to juggle the needs very well. The thing you WON'T find here is workers who aren't paying attention while doing your nails, don't have good hygiene, scares, are rude, cannot understand you, etc. etc. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. I can't find another salon that compares to this one in Collegeville - to me it is the best.

Their customer service was deplorable. I've been a customer for 10 years, and I went in, admittedly in a bit of a hurry. I called ahead and made sure someone would be ready for me when I got there. There was. She warned me that it would take 40 minutes, which was fine. Except that it took 70. The tech spent 15 minutes on my cuticles AFTER I asked her twice not to bother with them AND she commented on how they weren't even noticeable. They also pulled my tech away to do someone else's eyebrows, but after she'd done the base coat and after she had already spent 30 minutes of the 40 I was told it would take. She was very obviously new, and all of that could have been forgiven, if she didn't do a TERRIBLE job on my nails. But she did. Large gaps between where my skin hits my nail and where the nail polish starts on EVERY nail. I had to leave and I asked the manager to call me. She did, however she very calmly told me there was nothing she could do for me, that she would talk to the tech so it didn't happen again. That's all well and good for the next person, but now I am stuck with a terrible manicure and was basically brushed off. I go to Anda's every two weeks for my eyebrows and once a month or so for my nails. I made a special trip to go there today. I will never return. It's a shame. But I guess it's a roll of the dice whether you'll get someone good. And good luck if you don't, because they certainly have no interest in correcting their mistake.
