I was been going there for years on/off, but now I regularly go there because the service is finally always good.Kathy really cares about the nails, gave me great advice when my nails were thin/brittle, she held off the no chip till my nails came back to life. Tina does my nails and does a fabulous job -BEST no chip ever and it lasts for weeks without chipping. GREAT JOB.!!

The new owner, Kathy, is exceptional! She always does a great job on my nails, making sure they are even and symmetrical. She even opened the salon early to fit me in before I went back to school. She cares and values her customers and doesn’t rip off remains of acrylic nails like some salons do!

Kathy is new owner. I've been going to her for about 9 years and she is wonderful. She cares and makes sure your nails look great. She is good at eyebrows also!

Decided to get my "no chip" there...I was surprised it is only $20!!! In most places it is $30. But thought they are just that cheap. This "no chip" chipped the next day. The color faded all around the nail. I got them light pink and within couple days the sides of my nails turned white. I went to another place in Arlington Height - paid $30 for "no chip" - I have it on for over a week now, no chips, the color is just the way it was when it was put on. For God sake - if you offer "no chip" to your customers, make sure you have the right product. Charge what you have to charge to cover the cost of it but make sure you do a real "no chip". TERRIBLE. I spoke to my co-workers and their "no chip" lasts about 3 weeks. Mine had to be taken off after couple of days.
