Fantastic service!! I went with the designer's choice bouquet, it was gorgeous and huge. Such a great deal and amazing customer service. The recipient was not home but they called me to ask what to do or if delivering the following day was ok. I preferred same day delivery and she went back herself to deliver them as her driver had already gone home. She followed my new instructions to ensure that the recipient received them. Will definitely be ordering from them again!!!!

I just got off the phone making a reservation and the woman who answered was so polite and helpful. If I ever need flowers again in Milwaukee, I will definitely use EBS Floral.

Called in from out of town for a get well delivery. I spoke with a delightful lady and they delivered a beautiful arrangement a few hours later.

Kim at EBS was wonderful! She has excellent customer service and filled my order exactly how I explained. The flowers were fresh and lasted longer than I expected. I will surely be using them again.
