I’ve been to all the salons in the area. This is by far the nicest. Cleanest, nicely decorated, hospitable, great massages through out your visit! Very professional .. I highly recommend this little bit of heaven in Trappe!

It was my birthday and I had places to go. They sat me down in a pedicure chair and proceeded to take 3 other customers ahead of me. So, I was unable to get my manicure done and 2 was made to be late for the events I had to attend. Happy Birthday to me!!!!

They refused to do my nails with over 6 nail techs. If you're unable to do nails, why are you open? It was more than an hour before closing & others were getting their nails done so why not me? I even point blank asked if it was too close to closing or if there were just too many people & she said No, that she "just cant". What kind of answer is that? Worst customer service ever, just very rude, short & unprofessional overall. Will not return.
Edit: I tried Top Nails for the first time today in Collegeville & was impressed. Joy Nail just lost a potential loyal customer & good tipper. Bye!

Visited for first time today and will most definitely go again! Lovely salon, BEST pedicure I have gotten in years. I am thrilled to have found this location! Esther was absolutely awesome! LOVED IT! Price was awesome as well!
