I purchased a wig on Sunday, June 14, 2024. I needed to return it because it was defeated. I called, and they were closed. I called on Monday, June 15,2024. I spoke with the sales clerk, and she told me to call back after 1p.m. to speak with the manager. I had my receipt, but the manager would not exchange or give me a refund. He was extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak, and hung up the phone. I called him to make sure he was there. I would not recommend anyone buy anything there at the Merrillville or Highland store. SHOP AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I've never been disappointed.I even love the sticker on the box about how return customers are the best. I will always be that customer.

This beauty supply store prices are outrageous. I will not be back. You get eyeballed walking through the store as you look for what you want through the unorganized clutter. Slim selection also

I like the selection of products. I don't like being followed around the store by the owner. He is rude, coughing all on me that's how close he was in proximity to me. If you are following you could at least have the decency to cover his mouth.

Great atmosphere, Christian setting. Nice workers. I've known the owner since I've been in junior high because my family always comes there to purchase products, and he has always been nice and his family. May God continue to bless them. And I'm 49 years of age now.
