I appreciated all the tech's kindness.
I do, however, have a slight problem with how forceful the up selling is! I simply wanted a manicure (no prices listed) and felt pressured to have an oil treatment costing $20. I did choose that service and my hands feel AMAZING; except it sort of felt forced upon me!

I was visiting SD and so I was not too familiar with the area, but wanted to get my nails and pedi done. This place was close to where I was at them moment so I figured I'd give them a try. The experiece was very unpleasant. I dont know the ladies name that sits in the first station, but she is rude and pushy. She starts off nice and sweet and telling you shes going to do "beautiful job", but the moment you shut down all her "additions" she gets upset and starts working fast and careless on your nails. She did not even oil the beds, and litterally started polishing them without having me wash them. I had sand dust allover my hands and nails and she still tried polishing them. I had to stop her and told her I needed to go wash them first. She got upset and just waved me off and said "go go!". It was so unprofessional. Long story short, She did such a lousy job, that I had to drive to another nail salon to get them fixed. I had told her from the start that I did not want "thick" nails, yet my nails looked like a glob of "playdough" was on each finger, not too mention how crooked they were too! So, no way i was going to stay for a pedicure after that! Anyways. I still paid, because thats who I am, but anyone else would not have. So think twice before you go here and keep in mind that at this nail salon, It's not what you want done, it's what they want you to pay for that matters to them. So Beware...Good Riddance!

Firstly- Lou Ann is the best.
These beautiful women took care of 3 pedis for us at 7 on a Sunday night.
And they did a great job. Compared to other places they were so so friendly and so courteous especially with such a late job.
Will definetly be back!

They like to push you into paying more for something you didn’t want. I went 2 days ago they rushed my nails and did such a terrible job i had to go somewhere else to get them fixed

Took advantage of my teen daughter who made it clear how much she had to spend, nothing more. She was provided with poor customer service. I was not at all impressed with the quality of their work and they added charges that were not requested. Requested a basic French tip pedicure and they added gel for an additional $13.00. Never bringing my daughter again and I highly recommend against spending your money here.
