I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is extremely nice and does an amazing job. Angela, Anna, and Sandy have never failed to give anything less than perfect service. The place is clean and well put together. I recommend everyone try out this wonderful place. I’ve tried many places in town and this is by far my favorite.

I used to visit this place often, but I found one closer to my home and have been using the other one. Thought I'd stop in and give them some business since they looked very slow. I needed a gel manicure, pretty simple right. The lady was very pleasant, got rid of my old polish, (got an eyebrow wax while I waited), started the manicure, then gel polish. It looked halfway sloppy as she was painting, but I figured I'd let it go. Only a spot or two really bothered me. So, I paid and as I was leaving, I noticed in the parking lot that it was A LOT more sloppy than it looked inside. I asked if they could fix 3 nails for me. She started looking at each of them while the other hand dried in the UV light. She put more coats on, filed, more coats (on the nails that I was not even bothered with). She keeps on and on and on with the other nails and ends up messing up many more. So, now I'm stuck with 7 nails that look horrible. I was getting very frustrated and politely said, "I don't think we need more coats. Just remove the polish and start over." She just kept doing her thing, pulling my arm back in, "fixing" the issue. I had already been in there for over an hour and I DID NOT have time to wait another hour to have all of them fixed. It was so bad that it truly needed to be done 100% again. The coats were super thick, they didn't dry underneath well enough, so they were still wet and overcoated. Just awful. I finally had it and asked for a refund. I showed all the employees in there, so they wouldn't think I was being a difficult customer for no reason. They said, "please just come back. We will fix it." I then had to explain to them that we are in the process of moving to TN and I do not have any additional time to "pamper myself". I thought I could take an hour in the midst of the moving chaos to get my nails done and enjoy a break! Well, I was wrong. They agreed to refund me for the gel, but then couldn't provide a receipt for proof. I waited and waited. They figured out how to void the entire thing and still asked that I pay for the manicure. I was floored. I'm proud to be a decent person because I could've walked out and not paid a dime. I don't mind paying for the eyebrows because they look fine, but I just wasted an hour of my life, leaving unhappy, with sloppy nails and a bag of acetone to soak them at home myself. I wished they would just understand basic customer service. It shouldn't have gotten to the point where I was angry. I am a very patient person and have the utmost respect for service workers (as I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years). I'll be monitoring my account and disputing any transactions with my bank. That was a ridiculous amount of time for nothing.
