They are always fantastic with their customer service! My niece and I stopped in yesterday to get pedicures and manicures. My 9 year old niece didn’t like her color so she was picking it off and first they asked if she wanted it fixed and when she said she didn’t like the color they offered her the book to pick out another color and then they took the time to repaint her nails. This was all right as they were closing! Such a great experience there. We weren’t rushed out and they did a great job. I highly recommend JL Nails at Latson!

I've came across many shops and by far JL nails is the best one ever. The quality and professionalism is top notch. The techniques and services are great they treated me like a family. I recommend everyone come here and show some love and support as they have shown me.

Horrible horrible experience. I go in at opening. I was first person in to get nails and pedicure for event. They do my pedicure finish at 1030. Then tells me i need to come back later to do my nails in a few hours....as they are doing other walk ins. My point being if your cant do the entire job dont do half the work then tell me you cant finish.
