People are nice but the owners are always trying to get a piece of the pie. Instead of one person doing your nails the owner starts them then tells another person to finish them so you have to tip the owner and their employee.

I am a White Plains native and I've been looking for a nail salon that is decently priced, clean, and the staff treats you well. I have finally found it ! PERFECT NAILS II
