Went just to get gels taken off. It was $10 (everywhere else I've ever been is $5), and she kept pressuring me to get a clear layer put on. Finally I said yes, and she did such a quick, sloppy job. The top of every nail was rough and uneven, and as soon as I got home, I had to remove it all and start from scratch. Very disappointing.

Stopped to the salon to treat my gf to a manicure. The staff was extremely nice and polite offered me water and let me watch the football game. My girlfriend loved her nails, great craftsmanship and they gave us a gift on our way out.

Wow, that's something that someone else had an issue with a gift certificate, because I did, too. "Expiration date" was pre-printed on it, but it was left blank. She insisted that the expiration date was one year after the certificate was issued, and that it is stated on their website. Website? Are you serious? If there's an expiration date it should be on the gift certificate! Even after she called her manager on my insistence, she still refused to honor it. I've never seen such horrible service. What crooks. I've never been back since.

As a man, I feel as though this review is important, especially for convincing a demographic who doesnt attend these types of establishments as much. I bite my nails and have never had them properly taken care of. A lovely lady here was able to set mine up into ship shape and I havent bitten them as much because I actively dont want to ruin the work that has been put in. and no I didnt get any color or base.

ZERO star rating!!! Em Nails & Spa in Bridgewater is horrible. This place lacks professionalism, quality, and customer service. After my pedi was done, the lady got up and walked to the back room. Did not say one word to me...also left me there to pick up my shoes and find the nail dryer (first and LAST time going here). Had issues checking out where they disputed a gift certificate date - just plain out unprofessional. There are TOO many nail salons to have to throw your money to this joint. Do yourself a favorite, go to Villa Nails on 28.
