Absolutely horrible. Literally all I asked for was to take off the split ends, and I left with about half an inch still there. The stylist, I can't remember her name, was extremely rude and condescending. I called them "dead ends" instead of "split ends" and she jumped down my thoat to rudely inform me that all hair is dead. Didnt say it nicely. She knew exactly what I meant people refer it dead ends of healthy hair all the time. The receptionist, Shannon, was also extremely rude and snobbish. When she asked my address I told her on azalea drive, which is in no other town and is a house she had been to numorous times as we were friends when we were younger, and she said in a snobby tone "I assume thats in medway?" All together didn't talk to a single friendly or polite person there like I did when I had to go to super cuts to fix her damage.

This place has a cool men's barber shop, decorated with sports memorabilia and with sports programming playing while you get your cut. Karen, my stylist, has just as much sports knowledge as any guy I talk with, too! She even plays fantasy football!
Aside from the great sports ambiance Karen also does a great job with my cut. She keeps notes on each client, so cuts are consistent from appointment to appointment. She also asks for feedback on the cut each time I come in ("How did the last cut work for you? Too long? Too short?") and is highly trained and provides guidance on products and so forth if you seem open to that sort of thing (she doesn't push it if you don't).
Jen, the receptionist, is very friendly, consistently provides a reminder call one day prior to my appointment, and has been very accomodating to my relatively-regular reschedules.
This place is kind of a hidden gem, because it's not in a place which receives foot traffic.
