DK NAII SPA was recommended by Donna owner of Fantasy Hair. Sue, the owner squeezed me in for a last minute appointment today. Sue's shop is clean and organized with very talented techs. I felt right at home like I had been going there for years. My mani/pedi look great as well as my eyebrows being waxed. I am extremely satisfied and I believe will be my new salon.

I came in on this day with my mother and my daughter, told the owner that my mother and i were going to get the same pedicure with the same lady and my daughter was getting her manicure done. At first the owner told us to come in at 5, hour an a half later after my mom's feet were almost cooked from sitting with her feet soaked in hot water for 45 minutes come to find out the were closing and I was never taken care of. Very unprofessional, my daughter manicure was awful, the owners daughter it's really bad at Manis, pedis and full sets as well
didn't even push the cuticle back, never seeing manicure without fixing the cuticle.. Of course we will NEVER BE COMING Back. The owner didn't even had the audacity to apologize properly. People like this shouldn't have businesses open. Horrendous..
In the future if you're busy then don't commit to clients..

Sue is absolutely amazing at what she does. Love my nails Everytime! She is very talented and I love that she doesn't rush to get the job done. Great quality over quantity. She is also very kind, and so are the girls. Makes you feel very welcomed. Love it here!
