They've installed and maintained the HVAC for our house -- for the ten years we've lived here, and for the owners before. Fast, efficient, fair, and always successful. 100% recommended.

This is a fabulous company! Matt, Carrington and the rest of their team have been prompt, courteous and honest. Rare qualities to encounter in the industry. I have been most impressed with the amount of time spent with the customer educating and explaining. And their ability to not fleece the customer by recommending unnecessary upgrades to our system. We have dealt with other big name heating and cooling companies...none who have impressed us as much as Honeycutt and Jones! Give these guys a call, you will not regret it.

PAID THROUGH THE NOSE!! I called this company and left a specific message with their answering service to call me before they went to a rental property that I own. When the woman with their answering service insisted on knowing what was wrong with my HVAC, I gave her the tenant's phone number but reiterated that I wanted to be called first to find out how much they charge to go out. When I had not received a phone call in a couple of hours, I called them back to follow up and the technician said he had already fixed the problem (without my permission to go to the property)
They charged a $60 trip charge plus an $80 labor charge to replace a $40 part that took less than an hour to repair. In all my many years of owning a home, companies usually charge a service call fee of $65-$85 during normal business hours, which this was. Someone I barely know referred me to this company because he said they gave him a break on a service call. He must not have known any better.
I contacted the owner and I was very angry to which his response was that I had mental issues because I kept talking (loudly) over him. Yes I guess when a woman calls out a man with a ridiculous, rip-off labor charge then she does seems crazy.
They did fix the problem (and they should have for that amount of money). So if you are wealthy, absolutely call this company.
