I went nice and early and did not have to wait. I never got the gel on before but i must say well worth it. 2 months later i had the same nails on with not having to do a fill in. Not one fell off. I was recommend to come her and i will definitely recommend this place.

Really disappointed in the establishment. Walked in for a pedicure maybe had to wait 5-10mins. Not bad! Everything seemed to be going great, I explained I wanted Shellac on my toes they said no problem and gave me the price, $40.
When came time for them to do my toes the lady was very very thorough. My only concern at the time was the cleanliness of the utensils she used because she just pulled them out of a drawer versus from a sterilized area. The lady went deep a couple of times causing pain, I endured it, don't like to complain.
Once it came time for my color I had to tell her three times the number. She went to get the color I told her again and pointed to the one I wanted. Once she started painting I thought the color looked a little off but again I didn't complain because I thought maybe the sparkle didn't transition until after it dried or something. Mind you even if I did speak up the lady barely speaks English so me trying to explain would have caused a scene. By the time she was finished I was still trying to see the change but it didn't happen. By this time I knew it would have taken too long for them to soak off this color and put on the color I originally asked for so I just paid and left.
Obviously, I'm very upset I didn't get what I asked for or paid for. If they didn't have the color they could have explained this to me instead of just choosing another color they thought looked similar in hope of me not noticing. I noticed! Very frustrating! Will never go there again. I do not recommend for you to go either.

Always get pedicure done there over the years, great service, love the wax but it seems like I'm there allllll day

Generally I don't go to a nail salon unless its a treat. I have not been to this place in well over a year. My previous experiences here were always pleasant ones, but today was a fair one. I got a pedicure. The nail technician did a great job. He had a clean work area, and he definitely sanitizes his tools. He did everything I asked him too. The only thing that was disappointing was the wait time. I was there for 2.5 hours and it was just for a pedicure. Service seemed to go faster if you were getting a fill-in or wax. If you want to get a pedicure, manicure, or full set expect a long wait time. While I was there, it took one technician almost the entire time I was there just to do a full-set on a client. The ladies that were sitting next to me, mentioned they will not come back to this salon again as they had waited nearly 3 hours for their services.
Please give accurate wait times for services provided. If you all are doing manicures and pedicures with full sets, you know this is going to take an hour at least. Don't tell customers 10-15 minutes wait knowing full well it will not be so. (Today I saw many clients walk out due to this)

The people were nice did a terrible job on my nails had to keep telling the guy to smooth my nail out he applied acrylic extremely thick he then filed them them lumpy and cricket polish was sloppy and all over sides of my fingers I had to ask him to clean around to remove excess polish from the sides of my nails. While at the shop I kept getting pestered by huge flies flying around the shop. Will not be going back.
