I'm a long term Digicorp customer and can say that our partnership has been really beneficial for our business. Over the years we've used them for both data and voice services. They offer solutions that fit our business and are always willing to help on the rare occasions that we run into trouble. They are a great partner. Highly recommended!

As a long time customer, I believe a company that does all it can to see an engagement thru to a successful finish is one of the best out there. As anyone who works in IT understands, it's all about finding solutions to why it doesn't work, not answering the why, but fixing the why. Digicorp has many long-term employees who have been there, done that, and can analyze, configure, and find solutions to your problems. They are definitely one of the best out there for your IT support. Give them a try!

*** Caveat Emptor *** We hired Digicorp to replace our old IT firm in general troubleshooting and in upgrading our systems. On their recommendations of products we continued forth. The system install was botched and they set off to fix it. The allotted hours purchased for the project ran out and the Tech just left without informing anyone. We reached out on multiple attempts to find out what was happening with no response. In the end we called into there phone-in service and proceeded to have our system setup, the engineer was eventually fixing the issue, a week later... The charged us for the original work, the work to fix the issue, and the work to finish the project. We had no bargaining power as our systems were down due to their ineptitude of communication and had to pay it as we needed our systems working again. *** Caveat Emptor ***
