Sadly, things have obviously changed when they got new owners at the beginning of this summer. I came for a gel manicure within the past few days and first of all, the place stunk like food. Yuck. Second, the “manicurist” who took me rushed the entire process. I am not even kidding when I say he was done with my nails and my friend was still getting hers shaped (he never even asked me what shape I like) and filed (we sat down at the same time). Third, he did NOT open a fresh manicure kit for me, which I did not realize until halfway through as I looked at the girl next to me and saw her own kit freshly opened on the table. My friend did not get a fresh kit either. While I was getting my manicure, the young man (I won’t mention names) CUTS me with the cuticle nippers causing me to bleed...now my doctor wants me to get blood work done to ensure I’m safe because those were obviously not sanitized properly considering the condition the other tools were in. I am so upset. To top it all off, I got to the car and two of my nails were jagged...I will never come here again.
My friend and I came here to get manicures a couple months ago and it was AMAZING! So clean and they took their time. It’s obvious the new owners did not train their staff. So sad.

I went there last weekend with a friend of mine, the whole time we were there, we heard nothing but complaints. I had an appt, but had to wait 30 minutes because they were fixing mistakes! The woman that did my manicure did not know how to do design work and my manicure is very streaky. While we were there, we found out that it was recently sold to someone else and only one original technician remained. The new owner needs to hire more people and provide some training in nail art. I will not be going back.

Surprised to find the business under new ownership. Only one original employee, and she is not even allowed to paint nails. Not the same quality of service as before. Would love to know where the former employees all work now.

I think I have to say something here .I know you are here almost 2 hours. But please say whole process .because you pick the color by yourself so after I did 3 coat you say you don’t like that color .color is to light I say ok no problem. I grind off one coat color then you pick another color you like creamy color so I didn’t another 2 coat . So you nails looks like fake nails very thick . So I do you nails like new set . Do all the shape . But in the end I forget use quick dry that why nails doesn’t dry yet . That is my mistake i’m Sorry about that . But I don’t think that’s is I don’t know how to do the sns nails . So another boy he give you fix .you are still watch you nails really clear I think he did best for you . I know you are not really happy so I give to you $10 off
You ask me how Mach we say $10 off . After few minutes you give me phone call you say you don’t think you need pay money here I shouldn’t charge you money. I just can’t understand why you didn’t say the something when you in store I think too much people there you are embarrass so you call me back. You tell me after the girl which is usually take you nails girl sold the store . So you are still look for the perfect place.that is 1 year half now .you are still looking for try a lot of nails store . And I saw you give to 4 store review in google .I’m just want say we are doing the best for you and I hope you can get the perfect person soon . I’m just want tell everybody the All the process that is. Nothing else

I tried Tiffany Nail & Spa for the first time today and I will never go back!! New owner only been there for 2 weeks. They have no clue how to do SNS, I sat there for 2 hours completely dissatisfied!! I called owner after I left to stress more on how upset I was with the service and treatment there. She proceeded to start yelling at me on the phone then eventually hung up on me. So very unprofessional and I will never recommend this salon to anyone!!
