I always have a great experience at this salon. There are definitely nail techs who are better than others but I have never had a bad one. They definitely care about quality. Sanitation process is visible, and this is the only place I trust to get a pedicure from. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures. I've even convinced my fiance to get their fancy pedicures and he enjoys it! The only time my gel polish was problematic I came back 2 days later and they fixed it no questions asked.

I had the deluxe mani/pedi. I stressed to the girl doing my pedicure my heels were rough and needed special attention. She barely bugged them. The person next to me is getting the grater. I asked again about my rough heels. Told her I had an event to attend and was wearing sandals. She buffed more and tells me how smooth they are. Next morning and I am considering going elsewhere for a pedicure to have my heels looking good enough for sandals. I also tipped 25% I will never go back!

They have so many more spa amenities for free than most nail salons. You get a five minute massage and paraffin with a manicure for $18! As well, the people are super nice and never miss a spot on your nails.

Like most nail places I was greeted very quickly and asked what services I would like. I looked online to see what services they offered as well as prices. I told her I saw they have a mani/pedi special for $45. It was $46 which is GREAT. I asked for Gel nail polish on my hands and they said it’ll be 30$ for each service so $60 for both. Okay that was fine with me. When I sat down the pedicure water was piping hot (common nail error). It was later fixed. I noticed they were having a conversation about me bc at least 5 of the woman would look at me and giggle and look away when I looked at them. I noticed all the other ladies next/in front of me had drinks, some wine and others water bottles. I was never offered if I wanted a drink. Possibly bc I asked about the special, but they advertised complimentary drinks to all. The lady doing my nails continued to have a conversation about me which quickly became very uncomfortable. She rushed through my manicure, left color on my cuticles, and bubbling polish, and before walking off she said “only color change no massage” I just nodded my head, at this point I just wanted to leave. Their website and menu states that manicures end with a hand massage. I paid $30 for gel color and cuticle oil. The pedicure was very good and the lady who did it was nice w the exception of the weird looks I’d get from her when the girl doing my manicure talked about me. I’m guessing you get treated wonderfully IF you get their most expensive services. Otherwise you’re treated like a nuisance. And the cherry on the cake was that I was rushed out immediately before my toes were done drying. I will absolutely NOT return to this salon.

I got a simple manicure - they didn't tell me it was $18 until they asked me to pay after cutting / filing, right before she began to paint. I tipped $6 because I have respect for the service industry. I've spent $24 on a no frills manicure. At this point, the woman asks if I have been there before. I say no. She brings me a water. 3/4 of the way through my time there. Other women in the salon are drinking wine and other beverages. They have a full bar. Nothing else was offered to me. The woman paints 2 of my nails. A different woman walks in carrying bags of food back to the break room. My nail tech excuses herself and walks back into the break room where I am able to see her eating food at the table every time someone comes or goes from the back room. Mid paint job. Mid paint job. Mid paint job. She comes back to finish. She didn't paint around the edges to minimize chipping like a good nail tech does. Sure enough my $24 manicure was chipped 3 hours later. The only good thing I have to say is that they got me in right away, but I suppose that isn't hard to do when your service is junk.
