Took my mother here to get pedicures for both of us. We were walk-ins on a Saturday. The techs were thorough and gentle. Both of our pedicures came out great - soft feet and neat, clean polish. My mother doesn't usually get pedicures, but the techs were patient and kind.

Went here for the first time to get a pedicure before my vacation about 45 mins before closing. The nail tech was fairly nice, but at the beginning the water was so hot it burned my feet, and the tech seemed annoyed that I wanted a temperature change. It hurt very badly. They also rushed us to pick out a color quickly. After the water temp was no longer on the verge of boiling, the rest of the pedicure went fine and looked good when finished. However, was leaving for vacation in 2 days, and the polish was already chipping and looking horrible the day I got to my vacation! I’ve never had a pedicure last so short before!! I also had some damage to my foot skin, I think from the water being so hot when I first put my feet in it burned my skin, which is now peeling and sore. I would not return here and will try another nail salon next time. I try not to write negative reviews, and if it was just the bad polish job I wouldn’t care so much, but the foot burn is unacceptable. I called to complain but they did not seem to care. They offered to fix the polish and apologized but I am on vacation so that’s not a possibly. No monetary compensation was offered.

Absolutely horrible. The woman who did my nails rushed through them and did a horrible job. I asked her to glue the underneath of my acrylic and she didn't do it after she had acknowledged my request. When I stood at the receptionist desk to get change, the same woman who did my nails came up to me and ripped the $20 bill from my hands and said she would get the change. Not friendly at all and I would never go back or recommend this place for anyone
Update: after a couple years, I decided to try this place again for simple pedicures. I got my hopes up because my pedicures always turned out great. I decided to get a full set of simple acrylics. Nothing fancy about the Shape or anything. Absolutely HATE them. The nails are practically sticking straight up, she didn’t even drill down to the end towards the cuticle, and they overall just look like trash. I now know for sure that I am never coming back to this mess of a place ever again.

I got a full set of gel nails here. And they didn’t dry them completely so my polish was bubbled and I could move it around. It also started to peel from the middle of the nail to the ends. There was also no structure because it wasn’t dry that a nail broke in less than 12 hours. And when I called and told them what was going on they didn’t even offer to fix them or refund me when I asked. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

I paid $40 for a “manicure” aka crappy polish change. No lotion, no massage, no nothing... a bowl of Lukewarm water was the only thing that made this thing even remotely close to a “manicure”.
Tom shouldn’t be working in a nail salon anywhere. He cut my nails down ridiculously short after I explained I only wanted one long nail cut because I was trying to grow them. He filed them super crooked and then got paint all over my cuticles.
I was going to get a pedicure too but after all that I asked if he’d just change the polish on my toes so I could go (I would have just left without it if I wasn’t going on vacation the next day). He changed my polish and sat me at the drier, asked me to pay, and never came back. I sat at the drier for 25 minutes until finally I had to ask if I could go.
I used to enjoy this place but I will NEVER be back.
It seems clean, that’s the only reason I gave it one star.
