Amazing experience and time! Would definitely come back! Was a clean and nicely well kept store. Kathy and Dan are wonderful technicians and always are quick to give a warm welcome! I’ve been going to see them since the beginning, never once had a bad experience. It’s my forever go to nail spot! From ombre's to glow in the dark!

I’ve been twice now. The first time Chris did a clear gel manicure for me (due to work I can’t have color) he was so fast and did wonderful work. My nails look so clean and shiny. Got all those cuticles cleaned up. I’m amazed. And today dan did a hot stone pedicure for me, treated with champagne and a massage chair. He really took his time in making me comfortable and relaxed. I cant wait to come back. I did get an eyebrow service as well and of course us women love our eyebrows I cant remember the women’s name but she did a great job and the furniture there is just so comfortable. Love love love! Also get a punch card when you get there so you can earn rewards, not many nail salons do that and I think that’s a great extension to customer service and building clientele ♥️♥️♥️

I have been going to this establishment since it has opened. The service has changed tremendously. After a week of getting nails done 3 (1 of which was a tip other 2 natural) broke off. I had pic with time and date stamp. Kathy is aware that I travel a ways and work. I was charged for their poor work. Previously I had a set that lasted close to 3 months with Maintainance. That week I requested a new set and all this occurs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this shop. The gentleman the I usually requested no no longer works there and is at a new nail shop.

I’ve been here twice and had great experiences both times. Calvin is very friendly and did a great job on my nails. I’m very happy with their work and timeliness as the place I was going in Dr. Phillips really went down in quality. Happy to find a great replacement!

I drive 30 minuets to come to Encore and it is %100 worth it! The staff is absolutely incredible , they are very flexible and accommodating! Very comfortable environment!!
