I was there over 3.5 hours. for a full set and basic pedicure. The nails were filed too short, polish left on skin, painted over cotton fuzz on nails, made 1 finger bleed, left polish on the sides of my toes, charged $28.00 EXTRA for gel polish w/o telling me the cost. Charges dont match advertised price. Polite staff, but services and hidden costs were not acceptable.

Helen must have had an off day, because not only did it take 75 minutes to finish my manicure, but she clipped my cuticles too close on two fingers, causing them to bleed. First and last experience.
