I have visited Gen Nails a few times. Mostly not happy. Yes you can get in quick. But the work you get done from my visits are un experienced. New techs. They don't know what they are doing. The techs which I've seen maybe 2 and the manager that are still there. Never service me. Either my nails break or not hold up long. My pedicures are like my 2nd grade daughter could do. Especially this last one. Then I call to complain. The owner says I need to get my feet done like every 2-3 weeks . ugh I have and they look and last longer every where else. I can do my own feet and look and last longer. I just like the massage chairs and feel I should get good service for the amount of money charged. Yes its clean but not quality work.

They dont listen when you tell them specific things. I have dried acrilic on my fingers as well as polish
