This was the worst experience. I went in on June 14th day before my wedding. The acrylic on my nails is so thick. It's hideous. I spent 86.00. Worst experience. Was too embarrassed to show off my ring. Never again

This was to be a Mother’s Day treat from my daughter.... She rode around to find a spa place open early and this place was open by 9am and already servicing several patrons.... we were told which number pedicure seats to take and they began running water... mostly tepid and no softener.... told me to wait until someone could work on me and THEN that person would make it hot water and add the softening agent because if she did it now the water would be cold again... not sure what that has to do with my feet getting waterlogged in barely warm, plain water.... my daughter asked shouldn’t we pick our nail color first, the young guy said just sit.... we looked at each other puzzled.... they began circulating the gel polish tabs.... no matter.... not getting gel on my feet.... a very nice technician arrived and warmed my water and added the softener to the water.... my foot was in it all of 3 seconds and she was asking for my foot to cut nails and clean cuticles... while scrubbing my daughter’s feet, the tech asked “what color ma’am?” She just settled for white to make it easier.... my tech showed me the gel tabs and said she would go pick my color choice for me in the regular polish. I think once I picked up on their system, I liked them okay.... what I did like is that they had a lot of technicians for your feet.... only three hand nail technicians were working when we arrived but they all came in quickly.... ok but I would probably still choose my regular salon over them but I enjoyed the time with my daughter .... even though I was working on a sermon and she was on her phone!!! I would give them a B and use them in a pinch but not my first choice.

Three of us walked in on a Thursday afternoon, one for mani-pedis, one just for pedicure, and one just for manicure. Our experience ranged from poor to excellent. Everyone was nice, but the atmosphere was not relaxing. It felt crowded and cluttered even though there weren't that many people in there. They even set the next customer for my tech in the chair next to me to wait her turn, so it felt rushed and honestly a bit uncomfortable - they have chairs for waiting at the front. My mom is nearly 80 and she appreciated the gentle massage on her feet and legs rather than deep tissue massage, she said it was the best she's ever had. The technician cut me to the point of bleeding on two fingers, but he did a great job on the gel polish. The tech who did my daughter's nails did a poor job. She did not paint all the way to the cuticle, so it looked like her nails had already grown out. Four of the gel nails have already popped off and it's been less than two weeks (mine still look good). All in all, it's hit or miss. Other than my mom, we are not interested in going back.

Very busy on Thursday afternoon after work. They have a lot of employees and they were all busy. I'm always satisfied with the pedicures (which is all I get).

Ryan was nice and did a good job. The shop needs more organization... cluttered.
