I have gone to this place in the past and their service was ok. But the last two times I went, I experienced the worst service ever. I decided to give this place another chance, thinking maybe the person doing my nails just had a bad day. But the guy doing my nails looked mad the entire time and wouldn't even answer questions I asked to be friendly. I was getting a gel manicure done. He would just signal me very condescendingly to put my hands in and out of the LED UV nail dryer. To top it all off, they didn't even acknowledge me when I left as they did others. I am never going back here again.

You can absolutely get a wonderful pedicure, but when you go to get your nails done they do a very sloppy job and treat you especially from a man that sits up front with a bad attitude even though you can't understand what he says he doesn't answer anything I ask him and his dad he will speak his language to his associates and you can tell from the Expressions on his face he's not happy to do your nails and in turn I did get a very botched up job on my nails but I'm too nice to complain. But, I will not go back there ever again unless it's just for a wonderful pedicure.

I did not have a good experience the last time I went. The man who did acrylics for me seemed unhappy to be working on me. When I didn’t understand his gesturing for me to insert my hands further into the UV light thing right away, he was visibly annoyed and frustrated 😞. I left feeling like no one wanted my business, so I will give them their way and go elsewhere from now on.

Every time I come here I remember why I'm not a regular customer. My first visit was for a pedicure and I was in the chair for half an hour with no water. The next time I went in with a friend. They had us sit next to each other in the pedicure chairs but only had one person working so we spent two hours there waiting on one employee to finish each customer at a time. Today was my third and final visit. There's just nothing enjoyable or remarkable that would entice me to go there instead of one of the many in the area.

Apparently, the staff and ownership believes that there are not other nail salons in the area who would love to have your business. The wait time is absolutely too long, customer service is sub-par, the salon environment has harsh lighting, the salon has old furnishings including cheap customer seating and, overall the ambience is poor. Pricing also seems inconsistent with market standards. For example, coffin nail shaping is usually around $3-$5 extra. I was told today that it would be an additional $8. I was also asked if I would prefer a rounded nail shape. I was asked this on another occasion and I got it just to keep the peace but, tonight I wanted what I asked for. I asked did she know how to do the shape which she stated that she did. Honestly, this place just seems outdated, out of touch and seems to not care to change. So, if you're going for the rounded, red, Lauder night cream, crepe hand look then this place is just for you; as for me (and my associates) we will just take our little business elsewhere.
