This is a response to Ashley Fernandez's review.
I am the manager here at Pho 99 and, in my defense, there was a lot more to this situation than what was commented here. I believe I handled this situation with professionalism and courtesy even apologizing to you when there was a miscommunication about "smart remarks". I simply (and kindly) asked you to pay for your order, nothing more. Even offering to take your credit card information over the phone so you didn't have to come back to the restaurant. Not once did I "demand" anything from you. I also thought after the mishap with your order, and the confusion at the restaurant, that an offer to have a discount on your next order would be a nice gesture. It was in no way meant as a joke or to offend you. I sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision to revisit Pho 99. Again, as I said last night, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your business.

Food made from fresh ingredients even the soup is from stock. Excellent flavor. My new favorite spot. Great service too

I visit Pho 99 sometimes twice a week, and here is why. The Broth. Attention to detail is what this place has mastered. Consistency has been mastered as the family recipe stems back generations. Price point. The cost for the large is more than reasonable. It’s more like a gift. Thank you guys for making this gift affordable. Last but in no way the least. The staff. Amanda leads a team of great, friendly, and accommodating staff that make you feel like family. I simply love Pho 99

This is a hidden gem! Great food, great prices, great people! Only order the small though unless you want leftovers or are trying to feed a teenage boy. I always want leftovers though, cause it's just that good.

Very nice, clean, and new. I was in early (11am) so was not crowded. Service was friendly and upbeat. Dark wood and tile inside with stone accent walls give a warm inviting feeling inside. Booths are also brand new so comfortable and stable (I hate torn fabric and shaky benches).
Appetizer was #7 grilled pork rolls.
Meal was #35 BUN combo. Portion size was very good with a lot of meat on the BUN combo!
Everything tasted great.
