Super thorough pedicure and facial waxing. They went all out with the massage too, both for the pedi and the wax. For such a small salon, they really know how to compete to get my business back! Heather and Ann took great care of us.

Love the owner and staff. I have been going to Helen since she first opened in Gig Harbor 12yrs ago at New York Nails. Now she is owner of a smaller shop Golden still the same Great service.

I have been going to New York Nails Spa since I moved to Gig Harbor 4 years ago. Helen and Kim are the best. Kim is the best when it comes to waxing. I have never left there looking red. I bring my daughter along with me who is 4 and they are wonderful with her. Couldn't find a better place to go!

Although they were friendly, they are rough and do not properly care for nails. They were so rough while trimming and filing that they cut me and just kept saying it was fine. They used a Dremel tool to take off gel polish, which ruined my nails. It took months to grow out the damage they did to my nails.

Went and took Mady and Alexa to get our toes done today at New York Nail Spa,3409 Harborview Dr downtown Gig Harbor. Went to go pay and there sign out said 20%off ALL pedi's and mani's. I was told no that, that was a Christmas special no longer available. The sign said nothing about Christmas. It is 26 days since Christmas?????? They refused to honor their advertised special. Never again New York Nails!!!!!! 1/20/14 POOR business practice!!!!!
