They charged me $100 for acrylic manicure! They told me it would be $37 originally and then switched at the end and said $37 was for soft gel nail and we must charge $100 because of the location and New York taxes. I told them that is not possible and their menu does not show it costing $100 and I had three other nail salons on the same street confirm their acrylic nail price for $40.

This place is daylight robbery. They overcharged us, we were there for over an hour and they still did a terrible job and then tried to charge $70 for SNS! Terrible service and amenities. Could not believe how bad the service was.

My cuticles were injured there. Communication was limited. I didn't get a warm feeling there. I felt like a cash cow there. Won't go again. No ammenities available to help you feel like a valued customer. Shame on you.

Awful. My nails are terrible and the gel polish already peeled off and it hasn't even been one day yet.
