I made an appointment for a facial and explained that my hometown in Alaska was struck by a massive earthquake yesterday and I needed to calm down and relax.
I should have raised eyebrows when I was less to a room with two beds and wasn’t asked to change into a wrap; no neck and chest, I guessed.
I explained to Jennifer that I would probably zone out because I needed to relax. Please understand, Jennifer was terrific, my complaint is NOT with her.
I was just relaxing when the door opened and paper cover was rustling and opened one eye to see someone getting eyelashes in the next bed! They were talking and the big eyelash light went on. I looked at Jennifer and said, “There is someone in the next bed? Really? This is ridiculous!”
I’ve had hundreds of facials and this is a premium price at $80 and there’s two people in the room? Uh no.
When my facial was over, they had drawn a thin curtain between the beds. I asked for my purse and it had been placed on the “other” bed, on the other side of the curtain, next to the leg of a woman I don’t know!
I told the manager that this was the weirdest facial experience I’ve had. We aren’t cattle. I paid the bill and tipped Jennifer, but I won’t be back.

Tried this place today and though a bit pricey, the value was certainly there. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, the shop was very clean and well maintained and both of the folks that helped me were quite thoughtful of using clean, sterilized implements. We are new to the area and will definitely be a return customers.

The Facility is beautiful, but prices too high. I had my Lower legs waxed and their Prices were Comparable and HIGHER than Facilities that specialize in Waxing! In addition, the room was cramped and not at all reflective of the rest of Facility. I have also had Mani- Pedi's done there. Again love the Facility, but Prices are HIGH! There are many other locations around Montgomery and Lake Conroe that offer comfortable, relaxing atmosphere without the High Cost!

Both nail salons are not worth going to. I went to the one by Sams Boat first. Person doing my nails was very rude continuously. When I went to pay for my pedicure he said they would accommodate me for my nails since the original person doing them was rude. Following I went to the one by Kroger who knew of the comments being made and the rudeness of the first person. They told me they would accommodate me for my nails and what I went through just to chase me out of the store to pay for my nails.

I have been here twice. Once for a manicure & it did not go well. The polish smeared horribly after I left. Maybe I left to early, but I did ask if I was good to go. I am used to at other salons them checking on you afterwards & putting finishing spray on. I'm not one to go often to get my nails done & in the past (not this time though) have done the dipping polish but dang my mani was ruined before end of day.
Then gave them a second chance & brought my daughter with me for pedicures. She was also not wowed over by them. They are just ok & you want more than OK when you spend this kind of money.
I miss my old place but we don't live there anymore :(
