Very disappointed with the Tax Advisor (Desiree) at H&R Block. I've received two letters from the IRS asking for additional payments on my 2018 Tax Return. This was my first year getting it done from a specialist, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I usually do it myself, and it is usually error free. I got charged close to $400 the first time around, and an additional fee the second time around to correct an error they overlooked (Health Insurance from the Marketplace). On top of that, I'm paying late fees and accrued interest. I called and sent an email for advise, and no reply. Safe to say, me and the people I referred will not be returning there.

Stephen Chichester has been great to work with. He provides guidance as needed for gathering information and documents. He explains tax laws and things that impact our taxes in a way that is easily understandable. The client screen is fantastic and makes it easy to work with Stephen to prepare our taxes. Working with Stephen makes the whole process so much easier and less stressful. We will continue to use Stephen well into the future!

Very accommodating and understanding. Knowledgeable. I've filed two times with Desiree since I've moved to Texas from New York. Great tax expert. Makes you feel confident about doing your taxes.

Vandana has a pleasant disposition and took care of my taxes very quickly. I never felt uncomfortable or misinformed about my tax preparation. I appreciate her kind and professional demeanor.

Convent, fast and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on tax preparation. Will see them again next year.
