Came here for a much needed mani while visiting from out of town! Staff was so sweet and friendly and everything in salon went well - however 4 days later 3 of the gel nails peeled completely off :((( not sure what went wrong but very disappointing

This nail shop don’t like black people I want to get waxed they told me to come back in 30mins they just open and it’s a room full of employees they just didn’t want to do my eyebrows that’s crazy but they lost

I gave this place a chance to end up with a infection and losing my entire pinky nail.
Right after getting them done the nail felt kind of tight and weird . I didn’t think anything of it . The next few days it kept getting worse and then I realized I could see on the side the entire thing ( the extension AND my real nail ) is lifting , fully . The nail is hanging on by 5% . I’ve since had to cut it down and wrap it hopefully it’ll
Just fall off instead of going through any more
Painful removal.
Don’t know what went wrong but never experienced this before . It’s a shame because I actually spent alot of money there on their best deluxe mani pedi and the gel x just to end up like this ….
& their color selection is very limited .

Love Sam so much! He knows the simple nail style I like but always encourages me to speak up and let him know if I want something changed and he works quickly. I spent a long time going trying out nail salons one at a time but this is where I will always go.
I got my nails done for the first time since Covid a couple weeks ago and he remembered me and my preferences. I always make sure to tip a lot so maybe that helps, but I feel at home here.

Theres only one person that does the full sets so I had to wait for that person about 45 minutes. Staff was nice and made some conversation. Not a bad experience. I had asked for French tips.
