Yen always does her best when she does my nails. I'm never disappointed when I get my nails done, not just by Yen but by anyone. I could ask for anything and I know she will deliver. It could be extreme or simple. The salon is always clean and they follow COVID restrictions. They use clean and sanitized tools when doing a manicure or pedicure.

They have a wide selection on colors, not insistent on services which is appreciated. They're taking the proper measures for this pandemic. I've enjoyed the services the times I've come. I'd like them to spend a bit more time on pedicures (massage + scrubbing) but overall good experience.

I would not recommend this place. I went first time to this place and asked them if they knew how to do Chrome nails? The lady said yes. Then she started with manicure and did chrome nails which came out very ugly and bumpy all my nails. I wish I had that picture to upload. She removed all my chrome nail colors immediately due to poor outcome. After I suggested her to do shellac, we started with shellac but I felt like everything was rush. It was not even closing time. Didn’t even give me enough time to choose my colors. I point one and she decide herself “this one, okay this one” and I don’t want to be mean or rude so I just kept going along with her. My chrome nails she didn’t took out good and she painted shellac on top and I can still see some chrome glitter on the sides of my some nails. First they didn’t do job right and then even rush badly afterwards. They were not even sorry and asking for tip at the end. Poor customer service. Next day my shellac chipped too due to painting on my skin and not properly on nails. I would never go to that place due to rushing, not taking their time with customer, and doing so quickly.

I called yesterday at 6:05pm to make sure i could get my nails done at 6:25pm. bc i work (8-6) and the lady on the phone asked me what was it that i needed to get done. i told her a full set, she then told me that yes it was fine, i could get a full set at 6:25. i drove 20min just for them to tell me it was too late for them to do my nails. i then explained to the lady i had just spoken to her on the phone and she told me i could come in. she continued to tell me i was to late and for me to come back tomorrow. i have never been so embarrassed and disrespected by a business in my life. dont tell people to travel to your business and then tell me oh no sorry we cant do anything for you today. total disrespect. never again

Avoided a salon for months but today I decided it was time while taking the proper precautions... I came to my fav spot, T Nails and was so pleasantly surprised at how much care went into ensuring our safety as well as theirs. Everything is clean, disinfected and no unnecessary contact! They are using shields and chairs wrapped in plastic to maintain proper distancing guidelines. This is the place to get awesome nails and to feel safe! My pedi is awesome and I had nothing to worry about. Thank you T Nails!
