Me and my three other friends came here to get our nails done. The dude who did my nails was fabulous and very sweet. Another lady did my two friends nails did good too. But my poor last friend got the manager Rachel. Rachel did a terrible job and made my friend bleed in three different places. Rachel added an extension to her nails even though my friend didn’t want them. Most of the staff is talented but unfortunately...Rachel is NOT.

I went to Rachel Nails for my first time, to Rachel's. It's a very clean and relaxing salon. Rachael did my nails today. They were in pretty bad shape. I got tips with dip, so my nails can get healthy and strong. Rachael took her time and she did and amazing job! I recommend Rachel Nails and I will be coming back.

Rachel did a gel manicure for me which was doomed from start to finish. She was distracted by phone, kept yanking my hand closer instead of sitting closer to her side of the station and kept a constant conversation with co-workers instead of engaging me as a client. To make matters worse, she put the wrong color on from the shade I chose from samples. She admitted her mistake! She ended up doing FOUR layers of gel on me. 2 wrong color, 2 correct color and when the sides and edges didn't match, she wanted to put regular nail polish on top of already too thick product! A horrible, thick ugly mess. I offered a cash tip thinking she would say "No" knowing she made a mess of me, but she accepted it. She did offer me a $10 gift certificate so I would come back again, but yeah ... that's not going to happen. 1/2 STAR, Sorry Rachel. You should remember there is a person attached to those hands and treat customers better and pay attention to the work you're charging for!

Will not go back. The lady that did my Manicure basically didn't give a care about what she was doing. I saw her frustration with client's calling in to schedule. I didn't find her sincere with the clients within the establishment. She had me waiting for this or that. I was quiet. She cut my right pointer finger with one of the nail utensils. It bled. Still sore.
