I love JCPenny, but I would like to give it 0 star if I can. I am trying to check out my items, and the cashier named Vandaga disappointed me. She said that it was too late to enter my phone number for reward even though I did not complete the payment yet. First of all, they should ask if their customers want to enter their phone number or join their reward program. I know the store is closing, but customer service still needs to be kept in good quality.

I have been shopping at this place for many years and this time was the most unpleasant time I had with the staff. I had to exchange a bed set to a larger size and was willing to pay the difference. There is no exchange no return policy due to the store closure. But you can always override it for better customer experience.
The woman at customer service with purple highlights gave me an extremely hard time. Ted at least was polite. The woman was a nasty unprofessional one, who should never be hired for this kind of a job. At the end I had to pay for my own mistakes. But overall jc penny was my unfav place and I will not shop in any store again.

It's going out of business, selling everything to the bare walls. There's plenty good stuff left at 50% or so, so the sale must have just started. I never was a JC Penney fan anyway.
