I have had several good pedicures here. I have an in-grown big toe nail and they are able to get it trimmed.

My mother has been a customer for over 10 years. She used to enjoy going and was treated with respect when Chris was still working there. Up until the last couple of times it has been a good experience for her.
Recently the owner has become short with her and hurt her when doing her nails. She was given a gift certificate and wanted to use it up, that's why she kept going. I took her to her appointment at 3pm today and left to do shopping, she said she would be finished in an hour. At 4pm I arrived to pick her up and she was still waiting!!!! The owner said she had to wait because there were 3 others before her. I don't understand why she took others when my mother had an appointment. My mother is 89 years old, and as I said is a long time customer!!!
This is unacceptable treatment and very poor customer service. I can not and will not recommend this business to anyone, unless you like to be disrespected and treated badly.
I would have given minus stars if I could!

Amazing Service, My nails( mani Pedi French tips ) look so Beautiful very light weight , they spent time making them perfect , I was very impressed !. The place is spotless with all New equipment , Clean and sanitary ,Wonderful hot stone leg massage , my feet look and feel brand new . Reasonable cost .18 for pedi 30 for full set. Well worth it !!! I will definitely be Back . Susan the owner is Lovely ,very friendly and warm . Great staff . 5 Stars *****
