I had a horrible experience. The owner of this place “lulu” was the one who cut my hair and criticized everything. She told me my hair was too long and falling out. She was also criticizing other women there too saying that some women have very ugly hair and she hates working with their hair. She is not professional. I have never had problems with my hair. I love how full and long it is! Will never be going back there again. That was my first and last time! Also very pricey for poor service! Not worth it!

I would of gave this place ZERO stars! Horrible experience! Beware of the price you will pay...LOTS! $$$$ The time they take to do the job...all day! :(
