Jade Nails is where I go to unwind!, I get in when I need (even last minute!) I’ve been coming here for years! Typically the people who complain are not regulars and while yes everyone’s experience matters it is usually petty stuff which I’ve witness for myself, people come in and assume that all salons charge the same, no. Ask the price prior to your service. If you don’t, then the problem is yours and not the salons. I hate when nail techs ask me for extras. If I want them I was ask. They don’t sell you product, so if you didn’t get asked about if you wanted a nail design it wasn’t them being rude, it’s them letting you make your own decision. And as far as the post below me. I was actually in the salon when it happened but she failed to mention just how many times the own apologized to her. And she wasn’t yelling. So many people lack knowledge of culture. When I speak, I speak loud and fast so it may sound like I’m yelling but I’m actually not. When posting a review be completely honest. Don’t write the narrative to suit your need. In all my years coming here I’ve never once left i satisfied because If there was ever an issue, it was fixed before I left.

This is the worst place ever, I would not recommend it to anyone! I had to walk out on the lady who was doing my nails because she was doing a terrible job. Every nail was a different shape. I went to pay for my feet and there was a kid at the register who charged my card extra money. The owner came over yelling at the kid and being rude to me when I did nothing wrong. This place is very unprofessional and overpriced! Save your money and go to Art Nails instead!

BEST NAIL SALON!!! This place is AMAZING. I've been going here since I was 16 and am now 37. They are polite, professional and VERY good at their job. They are accommodating and listen intently to your wants and needs. They teach every customer like family and truly make you feel like you matter. The place is extremely clean and very relaxing. Their products and techniques far exceed anyone's expectations I have brought there. Most places by the time you need a fill the nails are falling off or the polish is chipping. Not here. Here the nails stay on far beyond the average fill time frame and yes I've pushed them to the limit. The polish doesn't chip either. I've worked with these nails on from outside lawn work, to warehouse work, to office work. I get compliments daily on my nails. LOVE LOVE LOVE Jade Nails and Spa.

I was always very skeptical about going to a nail salon in the mall but let me tell you my experience in this nail salon was very nice the owner was the one helping me and she did a phenomenal job on my nails when I say I am super happy with the service I received I will keep coming back and be a regular customer thank you
