I had my nails done at Le Nails on lower Peach 2 weeks ago. My gel polish started chipping and my nails underneath were chipping. The staff were friendly at Lucky Nails and my manicurist recommended a pink strengthening powder. (I thought he was talking the bowl of water with the powder.)
Once the old gel was sanded, nail polish remover and scraped off he brought the jar of pink dust. Clear coat then dust three times. Pink gel polish (any in the red or pink family was recommended) and a top coat for shine.
After the second coating of polish and dust I could feel my nails stiffen to my skin, it works.
I was asked my job, computer operator and housewife. Keyboard and washing dishes will do a number on my nails. With this strengthener added under my polish my nails shouldn't chip or break.
