I come here frequently because it’s convenient. DONT LET THE OLDER MAN HERE DO YOUR NAILS. My mom, my sister and I have all had nothing but poor experiences with him, he’s too rough. A few times he filed the hell out of my nails and it hurts. The man who owns the place is nice and does a decent job. The women usually do fine but it’s either perfect but takes 3 hours for a manicure or they rush through and it’s less quality. They need to find a balance between good quality and quick work.

This place just changed its owner, the young girl that did my nail was really funny, and she is really good too. Friendly people, I will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

I came here for a pedicure because my sister recommended it - she had a good experience and they were having a 20% off special through summer. This ended up being one of the worst experiences at a nail salon I've ever had. The man that works there did my pedicure and was really rough and cut me. It wouldn't stop bleeding and was really painful. He had a poor attitude on top of it. Getting a pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. When it was time to pay, he told me the price and I mentioned the 20% off, he said that was "only for teachers". My sister is not a teacher and had gotten the discount. I called my sister to tell her about what happened and she was REALLY upset and felt terrible she sent me there. She called and spoke to one of the women, who said for me to come back in. I was still in the shopping center picking up some groceries at Kroger, so I stopped by. She took a quick look at my blood crusted toe and said "I can give you 3 dollars back. Sorry". That was like a slap in the face. Neither me nor my sister are ever going back there again, and will definitely not be recommending to anyone. Very disappointed 👎
