For many years I loved this place
I've watched them grow rapidly over the years. They are very clean and friendly. The problem is they have yet to figure out how to accommodate the flow of customers as well as getting one customer out in a timely manner. I've never seen a nailshop turn down money or let people walk out because they were not told how long the wait will be. I truly loved this spot however they have to do better. No one should have to wait 2 hours for nothing. Our time is important too. I truly wish them all the best. I will not be returning.

The wait time is long, but the quality is worth so much more. They take their time and make sure each customer is satisfied upon leaving. The ENTIRE staff is very sweet and kind.

Worst wait time ever.
I came into this nail shop yesterday 8/11 to get a pedicure. The lady at the front asked me if I could wait, and I said sure. She asked me to go sit on #4 of the pedicure chairs so I did.
After a WHOLE HOUR+ of waiting I finally walked out.
No one checked on me the whole time, even asked if I was ok, or updated me with wait time.
I understand they were busy and taking care of clients but never once was I address other than the time I entered. Just a horrible experience.

Been visiting this nail salon for 25 years. Never had a complaint about them. They do a great job and they're very reasonable!

I came without an appointment around 6:15 p.m. (they close at 7:30 p.m.), and the ladies took their time and did a really great job. All of them were really kind and I felt that the service was great. They were able to schedule my friend and me after we were rudely turned away from Dragon Nails. I would definitely recommend Lily Nails by Sonny!
